I was intrigued when I saw your book updates and the that you had read a book entitled "But If Not."

I haven't read the book, but I know that that phrase comes from the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and the story of them being throw into the fiery furnace.

It is probably one of my favorite stories in all the scriptures. It teaches very powerfully and succintly the principle of faith.

One of my favorite conference talks of all time is also entitled "But If Not" by Elder Dennis E. Simmons (April 2004).
