Despite the controversy and the formulaicness of his books-the man knows how to write a fast paced novel. The historical aspects are what is so engaging about the Robert Langdon series, and this one is no different. Actually that's not true-this one felt a little more contained than the others. While the pace was still frenetic and keeps you flipping pages there was a feeling of being more in control. There are great twists and lots of interesting historical bits about the Masons and Washington DC.

Holy Cow-where has Level Best Books been all my life. This collection of short stories is astounding-don't believe me? Check out the one page story: "Confessions of a Telemarketer". One page-absolutely terrifying!
Hank Phillipi Ryan's story has a twist ending-which has a twist ending that is vindictive and oh so delicious! I ate this collection up in 2 days and it only took me that long because I had to work. I can't recommend this particular collection enough. Check out Level Best at levelbestbooks.com you won't be disappointed.
