I really liked this book. I was a little hesitant because I had heard that it was sad...it was a little sad but not gut-wrenching like some Nicolas Sparks books. Seriously, this book is AWESOME! It’s so different than any book i have ever read. There is action, drama, suspense, and love. It’s an interesting look at how life could be if our freedoms were taken away and we continue to become more and more desensitized to the violence around us. This book was AMAZING! I had heard the story of this soldier on tv, but never knew the extent of hardship Luttrell had to endure and how much bravery and valor it took for him to do it. It is a facinating look into the lives of Navy SEALS. It really makes you appreciate the MANY sacrifices of those out there protecting our country and our liberties.

A quick read. Kind of slow to start bu it got really interesting and i really liked this retelling of Beauty and the Beast. Very cute. ]]>
