I liked this, quite a bit. Again though, I wish the main character didn't swear so much...a grandmother can't recommend it to her 13 yr old grandaughter with that much #$%!X^&*** in it. Like Can You Keep A Secret, it has to be saved for adulthood. I now know I need to read the first Thursday Next book. It took me awhile to catch up with Thursday and her abilities. I loved all the play on words, especially with the names. Like "said Wilber, forcefully!" Very clever.
