Thanks Miss GP I'm honored to have a topic started from something I wrote. The Mercy in Thin Air is very good, so is Kellyflower's A Certain Slant of Light by Whitcomb. I agree with you Kellyflower more people should read this book also.

Here are some of my other "sleepers" so far noone I've recommended these books to and they've read them have been disappointed.

Chasing the Devil's Tail by David Fulmer(a mystery that takes place in New Orlean's Redlight District around the turn of the last century).

Carter Beats the Devil by Glen David Gold(historic fiction about Charles Carter, a magician, and his adventures throughout life. A little like Water for Elephants without old people).

I read a few Nancy Drew and this was one of the one I remember really enjoying.
