It wasn't a bad book, but it wasn't exactly a precise book. Most of the best information is in the first two chapters, and there are some terms that don't make much sense...for instance, the idea of "spiritual energy" is defined informally as "stuff...more

Darin and 2 other people liked Marie's status update Marie is 25% done with How to Read Literature Like a Professor: ... this author doesn't seem to believe that "books belong to their readers", which I take issue with. Not EVERYTHING has a hidden meaning, dude, and the author doesn't get to decide how a reader interprets your beloved symbols.
