Grab a picnic table in the sand as Young Literati kicks off the year at a small, private beach club in Santa Monica with actor and author Evan Handler (“Sex and the City,” “Californication”) Handler played Harry Goldenblatt in the TV series and film “Sex and the City,” and he’s currently in Showtime’s hit “Californication.” Handler will read from and discuss his second memoir, "It’s Only Temporary: The Good News and the Bad News of Being Alive," which manages to be uproariously funny yet poignant and moving at the same time. He has recently been featured in publications such as People,Maxim, the Los Angeles Times, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
The event is $30 per person and free for Young Literati members (www.youngliterati.org). A reservation and payment must be made in order to attend by calling 213.228.7542. We will be unable to accommodate those at the door without a reservation.
