“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”

The goal is to keep this group small, read and discuss 2 books a month. It is entirely your choice if you wan to read each book, and we are always open to suggestions!
We would like to have a spending limit on the books, e-books no more than $9 each (unless agreed upon by a vote). Each book will have it's own section, to discuss whatever you like/didn't like about the books.
If you have a friend you would like to join our little group, just ask! We want to keep it small, but not so small that we are alone! :-)
And in case you are wondering, the name is a combo of a character from Downside, and the bar in the Sookie Universe. If you are in this group you should get at least one of those references. :-)...more

Sure, he’s an enforcer for a drug lord. Sure, his face is busted up. We don’t care. We’ve got Terrible Fever.
Thanks to Spaz P for thinking up the name to our illness!!!
Symptoms of Terrible Fever from VampireBookClub.net:
* You read Unholy Ghosts or Unholy Magic (or both) in a single sitting.
* You follow @StaciaKane on Twitter waiting for Terrible treasures.
* You have forgotten the original description of Terrible in Unholy Ghosts and only focus on the bits of soul he’s bared to Chess.
* You find yourself shaking your head, muttering “that slap!”
* You re-read the Unholy Magic scene at the shed, and imagine what you wish Chess had said …and let your mind play out what would happen next.
* You listen to Terrible’s favorite rockabilly-tinged punk tunes while driving to work.
* You don’t need another Lex sex scene, but multiples with Terrible — make-up sex or otherwise — would be heartily welcomed.
* You sigh in relief after reading a City of Ghosts review, because you know if you hold on tight you’ll get your Terrible fix.
