What you put in the first box after the img src and so forth it you get the image you what on another site (I don't know how to post images from your computer... well I do but thats another story) then right click and click properties a little window will come up in there there will be location you copy that and put it there also where is say whatever you want just put what the image is.
One more thing the width and the height doesn't have to be what the image's size is it just has to be what you want but it will stretch the image I'm not 100% certain that you need the width and the height have to be there but I would do anything with it.

OK the first time I posted this it freaked out a little so try two I fixed it but you have to delete the spaces < img here and " /> here at the end.
