* Libraries and bookstores are the saving grace of my life. I love thrift stores too because that's recycling I can really get behind.

* I love taking pictures of people. Especially people I know. Even better if I like them.
* I dislike snobs, but I reserve the right to be one when I feel like it.
* I love trees, green open spaces, and clean air.
* I had a major health crisis and I triumphed over it, then I celebrated by having a stroke. I'll make another comeback, just wait.
* As long as I have books, my life can never suck. So unless I lose both my arms and get deaf and get blind all at once, or have a massive head injury, I will always be ok.
* Sisters are awesome, especially if you are female, and especially if they like you back. Brothers are a'ight.
* Kids are fun but even more fun is leaving them once in awhile to recharge.
* Friends are family you get to choose, so if your family sucks, start all over again. If your family is great, just add to it.
* Considering mentoring. All it mostly takes to succeed in life is one person who really gives a crap about you and lets you know you have value.
* I am a registered libertarian. I am a personal liberal. I like charitable giving. I like receiving charitable gifts.
* I believe in god but I have a hard time finding a church where I am at peace. I can't stand hypocrisy, unless it's my own, and then I am completely tolerant.
