This book was very interesting. The subject matter was particularly engaging, and I definitely enjoyed the parallels to Greek mythology and use of Greek history. I was sucked in by the first 50 pages or so. The first three sections of the book were extremely good. However, the final (fourth) section fell flat. It is obvious that the author wanted to write an epic novel. Throughout most of the book, I certainly concurred with that notion.
