Fantasy isn't traditionally associated with E.M.Forster, associated as it unfortunately is with anoraks, hobbits, and weedy youths. This selection of short stories are more like a collation of dreams, where the dreamer is the only real constant. ]]>
I really like Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything. Not only for the subject matter(from the big bang to the dawn of man)but also because it is pitched at casual readers. ]]>
