I'd recommend this one a caregiver support tool. I wouldn't necessarily include it in a patient reading list (at least not for an early screener/diagnostic publication) because some of its perspective could trigger.

I use this one as a work resource, and it's become my go-to for all BP patient tools. Well organized, with good exercises, especially for trigger identification. Maybe the best patient resource in the category.
