Really? I thought it fit perfect with pretty much everything on the show fitting a certain stereotype. Is it really anymore offensive than other things they've done? I don't really think so.


I loved that Tina finally got a song too. I'm glad Quinn's finally wised up about Puck too. And the scenes with Rachel and Kurt near the end were really good too; sad, but good.

I love Goodbye Lenin. It's one of my favorite movies. I'm not really surprised it created a stir, but I'm not sure it was really accepting of East Germany. It didn't portray them poorly though, so I guess in a way that's accepting... It's so good though. :) I've seen The Edukators and Joyeux Noel as well. I don't remember The Edukators terribly well, but I remember liking it well enough. Joyeux Noel I love; it's my new yearly Christmas movie.

I did! She's Mrs. Elton in the Emma with Gwyneth Paltrow too. It was really amusing to see her serious. I highly recommend watching Collision. It was really good.

Invictus looks good. I like Freeman and Damon well enough, and the story looks interesting. Were there really no South Africans they could have cast though, and made famous? I don't always like when Americans play everyone else. :-\

It's been awhile so I thought I'd update. :) I'm not going through adding links for everything though because I don't have that kind of time right now.

I read the Percy Jackson series and really liked them. I worked my way through the Witches Discworld books. I read The Wordy Shipmates by Sarah Vowell. I read Matchless by Gregory Maguire which is a retelling of The Little Matchgirl. I dragged my way through Interview with the Vampire and I wish I hadn't spent the time. I finally finished Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I read the new Discworld book Unseen Academicals and Dan Brown's new book The Lost Symbol. I read Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay and need to finish the series.

I'm currently reading Nation by Terry Pratchett. I've started but have on hold, The Blythe's are Quoted and Cranford.
