HI! supposedly people in my class got an email about that class i told you about this summer- i think its going to be "postcolonial studies" which encompasses orientalism as well. Anyways, if you've heard anything let me know!
so far, i like The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It's engaging... though I'm not sure I feel the voice of the narrator is believable. And every once in a while there's something he thinks or does thrown in there that does seem to go with his personality. However, I am withholding my final judgment until finishing...
p.s. it being published by MTV Books really puts me off...
