"I picked up this book again at B&N and I love it! It's different from other memoirs. Not because it's honest (most memoirs are) but because he has such an unique view on things. I can relate to some things (being Asian) but more often than not I'm like "WHAT??!" because his views are so weird/different, and I like that. I LOL'd a lot as well. Intriguing, creepy. but... lacking somehow I think I was disappointed by what happened, it didn't shock me or anything; I was expecting more perverseness and twists/turns (i.e. Frank kills narrator, has sex with narrator's gf after he kills her, etc)...more |
