This is the story of Noah. He has a secret, but can he live with it? Even if he tells the truth he will be hurting the people he loves, but if he dosent he risks destryoing his own life, his childhood and his innocents.
This was the first short story I wrote, and it helped inspire Wasteland.

Ridge Chambers isn’t athletic. He isn’t charming. He gets straight As, but that’s nothing to brag about. He also has a crush… on the cutest GUY in class. Neglected by his parents and picture perfect all American brothers, Ridge is left confused and venerable. So when a stranger enters their life’s, and is the first adult to show a genuine interest, he becomes an easy target. David is accepting and easily embraces Ridge making him feel for once accepted, something that only his best friend Codie could seem to do. Yet something is off, and as he begins to question David’s kindness, it’s too late and before a warning is clear Ridge is abducted. He soon learns he isn’t the only victim.
Join Ridge as he is forced into a car and thrust into a cruel and twisted world. He’s fighting to survive and save himself and who he believes is the boy of his dreams from a mans twisted game.
This isn’t a scary story. This isn’t a drama or vampire romance. It’s human and the things we can never explain. A story of growing up and embracing ourselves even if the world around us is a Wasteland.
