801225 Greetings from the land of the cold and north,

I have to agree whole-heartedly that those vintage classics have this certain look about them thats just sooo appealing. And you can definitely gather a decent amount of information from the cover of a book- the font used, the size of the authors name...ahh. but its very exciting all these things!

Anyways,
Brisbane sounds wonderful actually. What are the other big, main metropolis cities besides Sydney? Where are going in the UK and do you have any plans as to what you will do there. How thrilling.

Actually, this may seem like a ridiculous question- but what are the main differences between british and australian accents. I can generally guess correctly, but every now and then someone comes along and I can't figure out where they are from. Also- are there different types of aussie accents [like in england] or just one?

I'm from the West prairie part of Canada- not one of the main 'montreal, toronto or vancouver' cities. So far my calling in life involves being an RN student. And its sucks so far and I can only hope it improves. It's quite stressful in that I could make a mistake and it could be a life or death kinda situation. I like the feeling of a bookstore a bit more than a hospital... why am I in nursing you may ask?
I haven't got an answer quite yet.
