Wendy is finished with Stop Dreaming & Start Doing: Good book by a great person. Thank you for sharing it with me. I've read other books about SMART goals but this one was written with examples and it was easy to understand. While I have used this approach before for school etc. I never thought about applying it to a job search. I look forward to applying what I've learned! Thank you
