At first I was into it. I enjoyed the banter and was having fun trying to solve the anagrams and follow the mystery. And then when it became apparent what was happening in the story, it left me cold. Really cold. One of the oldest plot twists, like ever. The only redeeming part of this reveal was that it brought something else to my eyes--The fact that when solving the fist anagram, I immediately saw Laeddis and then Andrew. But not Edward Daniels, even though the letters are all the same. That was well done in the writing--you are pulled in and are following the plot and of course you would look for Laeddis' name. It's all psychological and that intrigued me in a "AHAAAAA, he got me with that!" way. ]]>
