rameau and 10 other people liked Ashleigh Paige's status update
Ashleigh Paige
Ashleigh Paige is on page 256 of 416 of The Program: WOW, THAT TOTALLY WASN'T OBVIOUS FROM THE MOMENT HE WALKED INTO THIS AWFUL FUCKING BOOK.

I hate science, but what I hate more is books ignoring science in favor of drama. Crying is GOOD for you, so why make people hide their tears by flipping the fuck out if they cry? Lobotomies fell out of use for a good reason: THEY FUCK PEOPLE UP FOR LIFE AND UNETHICAL AS FUCK.

Strong Enough to Love by Victoria Dahl
It started out so well. Dahl painted the picture of Eve and her life and slowly eased in the tropes. I liked that they’re an older couple, closer to forty than twenty.

And then I started feeling sorry for the throwaway suitor, Mitch, who could never...more
rameau added a status update: How in the hell am I ten books ahead of schedule? I haven't read anything in weeks. Well, that's what it feels like at least.

Trick of Time by J.L. Merrow
Trick of Time
by J.L. Merrow (Goodreads Author)

”The problem, both in the West and behind the Iron Curtain, was a lack of imagination. No one was able to picture the worst-case scenario.”

Caressed By Ice by Nalini Singh
Caressed By Ice (Psy-Changeling, #3)
by Nalini Singh (Goodreads Author)
read in April, 2013
Every word and every look is pure something whether it makes sense or not—basic knowledge of chemistry does not help—and the sex scenes are oh so clichéd as they can be. Heaven forbid a woman be comfortable with male nudity even if she'd grown up in...more

This didn’t start how I imagined it would. The confusion could have been avoided had I read the blurb for the second book, but I didn’t and I had a expectations of where Edie a...more
