"It would seem that Our Lord finds our desires not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased."

Hi, Jackye! What a wonderful library you have. You will have to tell me how you liked "The Four Agreements." It seems everyone I know has read that book but me. I think reading all the Carlos Castaneda books yeas ago spoiled me...they are very intense, and now make me crave more of the same.
Very interesting books you are reading on food and nutrition. I have been an almost vegan for years and love it. Giving up dairy (except organic cheese on lasagna and pizza), meat, and sugar in all forms was one of the best decisions I ever made. I feel great and have boundless energy. Happy reading and magickal blessings!
