This book is about a girl name Menolly. She was in the previous book and is in this one too. She has just become a apprentice from the Harper Hall where all the musicians attend. Menolly starts to play musics just like all the other musicians in Harper hall. As Menolly begins to live her life as it is she finds out that her life has a lot more surprising turns ahead. She finds her self all wrapped up with the fire-lizard business and found a egg of the fire-lizard. As the fire-lizard begins to hatch out of the egg, and starts growing with Menilly as her master, Menolly she has been chosen for what she can do which a musician and was brought to be singer of all the dragon-riders in Pern! This is a really good book and i'm starting to like these series of books

This book is about a planet named Pern that is inhabited by humans who were the original colonists was reduced to a lower level of technology. They were one day invaded but this big big bunch of flying fire breathing dragons. While some of the dragons have riders they were doing horrible things to the planet of Pern. Dragons in this world are thought to be telepathic which means that each and every bond they have with starts once the human picks up the egg and hatches. They all comes in all different sizes and colors. Some of the dragons
are rare and its not very likely for you get a rare dragon with rare colors and kind.
I Never Knew these books are so good! Thanks to my friend for not giving up and telling me to read these stories

This book is about a girl named Menolly. She is to upset with what is happening at home so she runs away from home. On her journey away from home she finds 9 fire lizard eggs. She Picked them up and held on to them. She took care of them for a long period of time. Them after that the eggs finally hatch and she continues to raise them. She also gets rescued by Robinton the Bedan craft master. Eventually after she gets rescued and toward the end of the book she had met this boy name and Piemur which is the boy who has the Queen Fire lizard. Since She had the Baby fire lizards she gave them to the boy. Then afterwards she meets another boy named Sebell. They spend a lot of time with each other and they start to like each other....

This book is about a boy named Jaxom. Jaxom is known as the young lord of Ruatha hold. Because of that he had impressed a white dragon named Ruth, in Dragonquest and Dragon song. They became friends and they are them known as the dragonriders of Pern. But as Jaxom continues to travel, he and Ruth have to deal with difficult situations. He has to deal with him being a "lord" and a dragonrider. Together, Jaxom and Ruth prevailed against everything and kept the Golden egg from this evil guy named Oldtimers. They fight Thread and and Jaxom is the Ruathan Lord. After sometime Jaxom was suffering from a sickness that took very long to recover. I thought this book was going to be a boring book. My friend from the other school kept recommending me to read it but i didn't. I finally picked up a copy of this book from the library so i thought that i should read it. It turns out my friend was right. These series are good!

This book is about a 16 year old girl named Miranda that currently lives in Pennsylvania. All her 16 years in life is normal and she enjoyed it and wished it to stay that way. When she was 16 years old, a meteor came crashing down on the moon and ruined Miranda's life. Suddenly and for some reason, after that meteor came down on the moon, all the natural disasters started occurring. Now Miranda and her town is becoming scarce of food and markets now have no more food. Since then Miranda has become more challenging and she has to find ways to solve many problems that she has encountered. At first i thought that i wouldn't like this book abut as i got deeper and deeper in the book it caught my interest and i kept me reading to the end.

this is really good book. It's it true book and is about Elie Wiesel. It talks about how he lived his life through the holocaust through his whole life. During the holocaust its where all the Jews are being killed. Elie has been separated from his mother and sister just because they were the opposite gender. Elie and was sent to concentration camps and kept from having enjoyment in his life. Elie wasn't feed much and was always starving. I encountered many themes in this book. Denial, family, religion, silence etc. Elie Wiesel writes it so that we can see whats its like to be in his shoes and what his life is like. I recommend this book to anyone cause it is really a good book. ...less

this book is about 2 children. Their names are Leslie Burke and Jesse Aarons. Jesse is a fifth grader and Leslie is his neighbor. When Jesse didn't meet Leslie, he is always angry about something or someone. He always loved drawing and paint. He had a dream that he would be the fastest boy ever in the whole 5th grade. After he meet his next door neighbor, Leslie, he became a whole different person. They both started spending time with each other and played together in this place called Terabithia. Jesse's family isn't that rich so playing in Terabithia, he forgets all about a family for a while. Then after Leslie was with him she changed Jesse inside and out. I really liked this book and how it was formatted. It "hooked" me in on the 5th page of the book so it is good!

Johnny died of pneumonia because he was an alcholic and that is which caused the disease. Later Annie Laurie, Katie's daughter, was born. Katie marries a guy named Mr. Mcshane. As Francie grows she learns new things that leave her astonished with the life of a women and her father's problems with alcohol. Later on in the story, Francie falls in love with a soldier named Lee Rynor. Francie was left broken hearted after finding out that after the war, Lee goes home to marry his fiancee. Eventually, Francie finds and meets a boy named Ben Blake from summer school. I thought that this book would be really boring but it was okay, i guess. ...less
