I want to apologize for the all the recommendations from me today. I wanted to share the Stoker Award news, and I only pressed the send button once--I'm not sure what happened.
Argh...this is terrible...
Again, I'm very sorry.

Thanks for the friendship!
Here’s wishing you a nifty new 2008 filled with noiseless noses, neato nicknames, noble Nebraskans, gnarly narcoleptic nebulas, and novel novels about nut-eating narwhals and novercaphobic gnats.
I thought I'd let you know that my novel “Vacation” has been nominated for the best Horror Novel of 2007 in the Preditors & Editors Readers' Poll. So far it's ranked 4th.

Thank you for the invitation. I'm scheduled for a book siging in Fairfield, CT, on Monday evening, December 3rd, at Borders. Is there a chance you can stop by?
Hi,
Thanks for having me as a friend on GoodReads. May I tell you about my novel bang BANG? It's a novel about a Center City Philadelphia woman who gets really upset with all the guns on the streets and does something outrageous to make things better. Here's a review from BookList (published by the American Library Association)
*STAR*. (Paula Sherman’s) close friend is shot in the street, . . . . Interviewed by a reporter at the scene, Paula later discovers that her grief-stricken words, taken out of context, are being used by a shady senator and the gun industry to promote the pro-firearm agenda. Suddenly finding herself the unwitting—and very public—proponent of a political stance she abhors, Paula embarks on a decidedly offbeat, one-woman vigilante crusade to bring the gun trade to its knees . . . the book is filled with anger and raw urgency. The characters are tough and believable, and the dialogue positively sings. In many ways it’s the literary equivalent of a Tarantino movie: edgy, streetwise, and a little arrogant (don’t expect a balanced look at the subject of gun control), with a strong and determined female protagonist. Brilliant might be too big a word for this novel but not by much.

If that sounds interesting, I hope you’ll add it to your ‘to read’ list. Thanks,
Lynn
Thanks for the add :) WOW, you've read A LOT. Hats-off to you! ^_^ If I've no idea what to read next, I'll be definitely looking into your bookshelves...
Wow, you've read a lot of books. I know I've read more than the 280 or whatever it says on my site, my problem is remembering all the ones i've read in the past.
You do seem to be living to the fullest reading that many books and having that many friends. I do like this site too. Good luck.
