You apparently have excellent distaste in literature. It's hard to see this book as anything other than a cynical gimmick to separate me from my $20. Fortunately for me, I got my copy out of a recycling bin.

For me, the most intriguing issue in this book is the question of where those itty-bitty sneakers came from. I suspect that they were stitched together by the itty-bitty fingers of itty-bitty sweat-shop workers in the Marshall Islands.
