This is likely the most family-friendly AIP cookbook. My non-Paleo family has enjoyed several recipes and I'm sure will enjoy more as I work my way through the recipes.

I haven't been detoxing my home as fast as she suggests, however, I am slowly feeling how powerful living minimally will be as I regularly purge while allowing very little to replace what goes out. highly recommend this book.
