I'm reading this for a class. I'm on Chapter 15, and because the examples are often filled with ellipses, spread across five chapters, and lack critical explanatory material (while going into fine detail on the easy bits), I'm hating not just C++, but programming and my life. Maybe I should take away the second star for that.

I was comfortable with most of the concepts discussed until object-oriented design (OOD), so I don't know if the book was better or it just didn't matter, but until the OOD chapters, I didn't notice the ellipses, examples with cross-references and no page numbers, and missing information, like that you don't need to "include" other .cpp files because the compiler does that automagically.
