This basically could have been a few extra chapters to the first book, but it was interesting. I don't think the criticisms of this book (the bit about global warming, etc) were really warranted.

What I do love is the early chapter where they try and explain what economists do, and why, in laymen's terms. People don't do that enough. Such a sadly misunderstood discipline, still, to this day.

Man. Crazy stuff. Not as good as #8, but the stuff with her family was mildly interesting, and at least fairies are hot. I guess. I dunno. These last few are a blur I just plowed through them, but it was good to finish. I miss bubba, though. He should have his own series. And he should be in True Blood. And it's weird how Tara becomes a more major character as the books evolve, but they just started her out that way on the show.

This was totally the best one yet. I enjoyed it. Lots of action. A bit more... gravitas. Ha. But not much. Still, good fun.

Man. Craziness. And no Bubba? That is a shame. Still, though, a decent book, I suppose. Like something HAPPENED, that was cool. I like it when things happen. And the whole Katrina tie-in was interesting.

The queen of Louisiana. Evan Rachel Wood is so hot, and so I always just picture her, and it is awesome. That is awesome. And the pelts! The whole family! So mean! God. Almost done. Please let this finish so I can go back to reading books about economics, factory records, and advertising.
