This book was recommended by a couple of colleagues for it's discussion of Lean Manufacturing. The Lean movement has made its way into the software development field and with good reason. While I only listened to the abridged version of this book (that's all Audible had), I still feel I understand Lean a lot better. This is an interesting book that points out some of the flaws in the way we think about traffic. It encourages you to think about some of the preconceptions you might have about intersections, safety, and how you should act when you're in a lane that's ending.
