Interesting read about how to improve your racing weight. More focused on nutrition and eating than running in general so I didnt enjoy it as much as 80/20 running. I will try and adapt some of the lessons to my lifestyle and training.

Picked up this book after hearing Matt Fitzgerald on the Runner Academy podcast. Smashed through it in just 2 days. Lots of interesting information and real world examples. Looking forward to adopting the 80/20 running method into my own running.

Not the usual Murakami as this is more a biography of his running life but interesting nonetheless. Never expected him to be a full on marathon runner, his ultramarathon up in Hokkaido especially was a joy to read.
