oh and along those same lines, I was just about to pick up the first book in the "Sword of Truth" series because I'm really digging "Legend of the Seeker" on TV and my friend just told me the author of the book pulls the same crap - except he's an Objectivist/Ayn Rand follower. Ugh, maybe I'll just stick to the TV show, I doubt Sam Raimi will take the same route...
