i liked the book. i enjoyed the character development. but i'm still processing the ending. i think my gut reaction about the ending is that it doesn't sit well with me... maybe the word is not satisfying?

i watched the movie. it was good. they totally changed up some parts that i didn't think add to the story. and the ending is different too.

i don't think i'm spoiling but: the ending to the movie is the complete opposite of the book. what's interesting is that the MOVIE ENDING is how i would expect the book to end, and the BOOK ENDING is how i expected the movie to end...

i can't really recommend the book... if i didn't have anything else to read besides this book, i would rather just sit and be still. :)

let's just say at the end of the book, i didn't feel the dramatic change in andy. for everything that she went through, i would think she would've grown a little more than described. i could be wrong... but, eh, yea, i don't want to give more away to those who want to read it... i'll just say it was an okay read, finished it pretty quick, but it wasn't like i was excited to turn the page because of the story... i just wanted to finish it.
