A decent read, although the author sometimes comes across as more of a whiner than anything. This book wasn't deep, but it could put things in perspective for you. Essentially, it's a tale of a an ad exec's fall from grace - a man born to an affluent family, ivy league colleges, and a top job at one of the world's largest advertising agencies - all lost for one reason or another. The author discovers himself, and his dignity, as well as respect for others (something he seemed to lack in his past life), working at a Starbucks.

It's a quick read, and a great endorsement for Starbucks. Another reviewer had mentioned that they thought this was a promotional book for Starbucks, which just might be true!
