I love books that challenge my intellect as well as invite my emotions, and this one does it. Such a great life lesson--the best guy is NOT the one who is the most glamorous! So many of the romance novels portray the heroine falling in love with this rough, tough, handsome guy, and the end result is that her love changes him--definitely NOT what happens in real life!!! In this book, Sylvia learns this valuable lesson and finds the real love of her life.
I can hear Linda's voice in this book a lot (and I feel very privileged to know her)--she is also an excellent speaker!
