| So this wasn't spec-fic so much as slightly-fantastical fic. A cute variation on the Austen theme, with a protag who's afraid to get out of her shell. When prompted, she falls into (almost) adventure. A cute, quick read. | |

| This is a solid sort-of procedural with a different take on the angel/reaper idea. Likeable characters and a cool Vegas setting make for an interesting and fast-paced read. | |
