People looking for Funny lady, Judith Lucy in this book will be disappointed...She is writing her family's story and she does have some funny parts, this book is a walk through her childhood and the odd people who raised her. Coming from a very similar family, I saw a lot of my childhood here.. but I am not adopted :)
An easy to read book, it has very short chapters and we get to loook behind the stage presence of Judith Lucy.

Whilst the first book was a rip snorter (even if you can guess who done it..) this is a little more stiff. The writing seems to reflect Dexter's immobility. The crimes in this book are awful and just thinking about them, I wonder how on earth it can be on TV and be reproduced. Trust me I doo NOT need to see Dr Danco's work up close.
You need to have read book 1 to make sense of book 2, the characters just follow on fromo what they were doing in their lives in book 1.
