I too would have to agree with Chris. The series doesn't drop off. The later books have some great stuff towards the plot, however Jordan gets a little wordy and rambles on a bit. You are so hooked on the story you just want to get to the end that when Jordan rambles on with detailed descriptions it can be frustrating.
