With the passing of Robert Jordan and this being my all-time favorite series, I really didn't know what to expect with a new writer. I've read the first 2 books of Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series and have really enjoyed his writing. I just wasn't sure how his writing would affect the feel of the Wheel of Time series. But, to be honest, I couldn't tell where Robert Jordan stopped and where Brandon Sanderson started. This book begins to wrap up the many loose ends and moves the story ever closer to Tarmon Gai'don. Arguing with Idiots is a very interesting and informative book. It is loaded with facts, statistics, quotes and other data. It also includes 24 pages of sources to back up all the data that is presented.

The main drawback of the book, in my opinion, was the layout itself. Just about every page contained side bars, insets or text that didn't fall within the regular flow of text. A very interesting book. If you like Ghost Hunters, you'll probably enjoy reading this book. There is a small section that contains photos of evidence, locations and crew.
