<about>Yep, it's me. I won't be checking this site very often so forgive me if you send a message and don't get a reply right away. But I'm always happy to hear from readers, and do my best to write back when I can.

However, I am working on a number of major new projects now and am unable to reply to some requests (like give advice on how to get published), read manuscripts or give feedback on your poetry. I wish I could, but it's just not possible. Thank you for understanding!

You can follow me on Twitter, find me on Myspace (although I really loathe it and rarely check in), and look up info on my site, Wikipedia, or download some tracks on iTunes.

My Facebook account is personal, used just for friends and family, but there is some kind of FB fan group there.

cheers, Nicole</about>

Hi Kate and Tanya, a friend fwded me a link to your comments here, and I couldn't reply unless I joined Goodreads, so here I am!

I think "Dead Inside" is still in print from Restless Records, but if it's not, you can find it on CD at various music shops or online sites like Amazon. You can also preview or buy it on iTunes! The remix ep (cleverly titled "Dead OUTSIDE," hmm) was available as a free download for only one month back in 96 or 97, but I heard recently that a dedicated Palominos fan quietly posted the tracks on an MP3 download site buried somewhere online. Happy hunting!

As for my other stuff, Wikipedia has a pretty complete bibliography/discography on me, although it looks like that hasn't been updated in two or three years. But it lists where to find most of my recorded (Recoil, KMFDM, Firewater, compilation CDs) or printed work (a bunch of anthologies like "Brooklyn Noir," "Live Through This," etc). Also, "Blood Sugar" contains all the lyrics/text from "Dead Inside."

I hope this helps! cheers, NB

PS Yep, it's true. I've been doing voiceovers for 12 years now...believe it or not, all thanks to "Dead Inside." A copywriter at a major ad agency heard it and asked me to come in to read for a radio commercial they were having trouble casting. I had no clue what I was doing, but I got the gig and wound up as Ford Motors' first female "brand" voice for the next two years for all their radio and television commercials. I've been busy ever since, so I'm very grateful that copywriter happened to heard the CD!
