I really enjoyed Bitter Night. It kept me completely enthralled in the story and I had a really had time putting it down. The plot flowed beautifully; the characters were development amazingly well; their was a romantic element, but it didn’t overshadow anything and nothing was really resolved. That is one aspect that I can’t wait to see developed in the next novel. After all is said and done, this is definitely one that will be added to my keeper shelf and there hasn’t really been a lot of those lately.

I’m really excited about Three Days to Dead and the rest of this series. The chemistry between Evy and her man is interesting, there is a great subculture of paranormals to explore and I haven’t seen the entire city. That to me is the best part – the chance to explore an area without being told what there is. You should definitely be on the lookout for Three Days to Dead when it comes out November 24th, but it may pop up sooner, so keep your eyes open.

Hex in High Heels is another great addition to the Hex series and if you’re looking for something light and fun to read (as opposed to dark and intense), then you really should pick up this book – and the series if you haven’t yet.

Wild Blue Under is just an enjoyable read and is great for those winter days when you need a little sunshine to get through the day. If you’re looking for something a little different in your romance, then this series is definitely one you should check out.

One Lucky Cowboy is a fantastic romance that any diehard will enjoy. Not only do we have engaging lead characters, but the supporting characters are just as amusing and definitely add a whole new layer of enjoyment. If anyone is looking for a quick romance, then pick up One Lucky Cowboy, I know I’m itching to go find the first novel in this series, Lucky in Love.

Look What Santa Brought was a great quick midnight read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I’m almost wondering if there was a novel prior to this one, focusing on Scott’s sister and her two men. I think I’m going to go hunting for it and for more by Annmarie McKenna. She’s definitely an author I am going to keep on the lookout for. You should seriously check her stories out.

Definitely a great quick story for those times when your just looking for a little romance. After trying two of the four stories in the The Perfect Gift anthology, I would have to say that I would definitely try finding this in print somewhere. I doubt you’ll regret it.
