I thought this was a fantastic book! I won't lie, it took me a chapter or two to really get into, and midway through the book, I already knew what was going to happen, but that didn't matter.

Adele Parks's writing of the characters, especially Cas and her closest friends, Josh and Issie, made it a joy to read, and the tv programme was inspired, why, you can probably imagine something like that airing now given the reality shows already out there!

Another easily readable chicklit book, but with depth to the characters and storyline.

Nadia, the main character, is well written, and the underlying problems that surface concerning her dysfunctional family members were really clever - I never saw them coming!

I was hooked from beginning to happy ending!

Another Jane Green page turner! I think there will be a character here that most women can relate to, although, I think I was a bit of each!

I found Tasha, the main character, to be believable, ie -full of flaws, and there is always something interesting going on in the book that keeps you wanting to learn more.

I enjoyed this book so much! The fact that it was dealing with life (and love) after loss was refreshing and very moving. I found the characters and scenarios to be believable, engrossing and beautifully written. I wanted to cry along with Olivia as she tries to come to terms with the loss of Luca, the love of her life.

I loved the atmosphere created by the writing of Sallie Day. I could just imagine myself in an old fashioned Blackpool hotel in the late 50's. However, there was sometimes too much incedental detail, and it detracted from the story.

While the story appears to be have no particular plot, I warmed to each of the characters, and wanted to read on and discover what happened to them all. What a wonderful author Jane Green is! I thought this book was brilliant, such inciteful writing concerning the relationship between Mother-in-Law/Daughter-in-Law.

I seethed along with Ellie in places, and then came to feel sorry for Linda. And I'm a sucker for slushy romance, so I enjoyed the ending:D

I thought this was a 'magical' story. I really enjoyed the characters and the little touches of 'magic' throughout (especially the tree:)) I was willing them all to find their happy ever after.

I thought it was reminiscent of 'Chocolat' in places, which I also love. ]]>
