          <body><![CDATA[I suggest The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, because it gives a really different point of view about nerd and geek culture from a Dominican racial perspective. Learning about different cultures is good especially if tied in with nerd history like the origins of anime distribution (it involved Hawaii) and role playing games other than Dungeons and Dragons.]]></body>

          <body><![CDATA[I bought Asterios Polyp myself today as a Christmas gift from Santa, it's kind of like your own Sandman in a way that the only person left in the family who believes in Santa grows old and becomes him, in that fairy-tale sort of way.<br/><br/>I really like the art style of this and the minimalist colouring really brings out the highlights that the reader is meant to take notice of, but I won't get to read the rest of it until Christmas.]]></body>
