I have to admit, Koontz does keep you on the edge of your chair. But the ending was just little too nifty and neat. Still, if you're looking for a good beach read, I would recommend this book.

This was a complex and intriguing story that brings together the separate storylines of two people. Originally written in Japanese, I have to say the translators did a fabulous job of making it readable and yet preserving the Japanese feel. At times ...more
