Barely scratched the surface, but sometimes those hurt the worst. A decent read, likable characters and characters you can hate, but slightly disappointing. The white characters were just too whimpy and un-real to me. The black characters are every bit what we want and expect black women to be. ]]>

Listened to the audio trying to knock it out and will do the same for Snow and Ashes. I probably would have liked this story better if I had actually read the book. ]]>
