It is the Odyssey. It's the blueprint for great epics in which the hero must wander.

It is excellent.

The Fagles translation is one of the best you'll read.

This is the neatest book in the series. Lots of will they won't they out of nowhere sexual tension. Raids into fairy land. Big reveals and traitors and a horribly sappy ending.

Butcher is nothing but consistent.
