The greatest epic adventure ever written. Tolkien is not a fantasy genre writer in my opinion, he is a classic writer who chose to write a fantasy novel. Any book that ends making me sad there is not more to come, is a great book. ]]>
This book amazed me, in that it is a complete narration in first person, yet you can feel the fear of the accused party. A must read for the serious reader. ]]>
Here is a tale that will start you off thinking this guy is the worst writer you have ever read, then you realize, that most of the book is dialogue, and the oldest person in the story is 13 years old. William Golding is amazing, and the movie producers and director of the movie adaption of this book should have been sued. This book is actually horrifying. ]]>
Watership is another great read. How a man can take a long story about rabbits, and not rabbits that act like humans, but rabbits as rabbits really are, and make an adventure out of it, is beyond me. What a concept, and Richard Adams is a fantastic writer. ]]>
