Interesting movie details for what looks like a great movie. This one has a lot more special effects than the last one, and the look is completely different. It's warmer and more intimate. I'm even more excited to see it, if that's possible. I really think this is going to be awesome! Chris Weitz and the rest of the movie makers really seem to have a good grasp on the Twilight universe. They wanted to create as faithful an adaptation as they could. I guess we won't know for sure until Nov. 20, but it looks like New Moon will deliver. ]]>

With the rate Summit Entertainment keeps dishing out previews to the movie, there may not be any surprises by the time it comes out. What do you guys think about this? It was like that with "Twilight" last year, too. I know personally, if they're going to show us glimpses of the film, there's no way I can ignore it. But do you think they should give it a rest until the film debuts officially?

"The Luxe" is a late Victorian soap opera following the stories of six young people: Elizabeth, Diana, Henry, Penelope, Will and Lena. Their lives are all intertwined and they form several very convoluted love triangles.
In addition to the scandal and romance, this book is set in the very glamorous world of turn-of-the-century Manhattan. I love historical fiction, and this book is filled with perfectly detailed historical memorabilia from the intricate furniture upholstery to the elegant ball gowns.
"The Luxe" was a very juicy read and I look forward to reading the sequels.
