12/28 ok i just read it again because i couldn't remember why it ended the way it did. the stuff with how the world ended in 1998 confused me because i thought maybe that's what Haber was dreaming about, and that caused "The Break" at the end? so it's like the end of the world was supposed to happen, but Orr just kept dreaming us out of it? ...?(less) "
