This is what I got "I forgot everything due to ECT but my life is better now so it's good." Boring. And I really really wanted it to be hilarious, and wanted to go see her show. I might still go, it could be funny as a performance. Also, some books are good that I finish them in a night but this was really really thin.

Happyface started out slow but definitely picked up when Happyface's world is turned around by his parent's separation.
I hope when this is published they decide to ditch the handwriting font. It's not comic sans, but it's fake and annoying. I think handwriting the captions would be enough as there are great illustrations on every page. Once I got into the story enough to overlook the font mistake I was okay, but really, I don't understand why publishers think fake handwriting fonts are cool.
