The level of writing in this book is comparable to a 14yr old girls' journal (but who knows -- maybe that was intentional); the "facts" in this book are based on opinions - NOT SCIENCE; and on top of that the book is not about being a skinny bitch but a VEGAN BITCH with food complexes.

On a positive note, the opinions made me think twice about certain things that we do eat -- and that certainly is one of every authors' goals so I guess this goal was accomplished by the valley girls who wrote this book and actually managed to incorporate some politics, etc. into this book....
